Kellogg Construction
Kellogg Construction was founded in 1987 as a family owned and operated general
contracting company. In 1994 we incorporated the business and remain operating
the company ourselves. We started out building spec homes and currently build
custom homes throughout the greater Sacramento valley region and foothills.
Through the years we have also completed many commercial projects such as office
remodeling, restaurant build-out, apartment renovations, school remodels, jail
renovations and fire & water damage repairs
We pride ourselves with completing projects within the time allowed and within budget. Our
company is properly licensed and insured as well as the subcontractors we use. The majority
of the subcontractors we hire have worked with us for several years. We feel it is necessary
to associate our business with qualified craftsmen that perform quality work so we can provide
a total service to complete any project.
Customer service is a key component to our company and we strive to give our customers the attention
they deserve and communicate often with them either by phone, email or fax. Our customer's
satisfaction in all aspects of our performance is highly important to us. Many of our customers
were referred to us by past customers and we have some that are repeat customers as well.

Kenneth has been in the construction industry since 1976 specializing in framing and home
construction. With the 30 plus years in the construction field he has learned all phases of construction
with a good attention to details. He over-sees all work being performed by either our employees or
Subcontractors that may be hired.
Trouble-shooting and finding better use of space is commonplace when Kenneth goes over plans or is considering
a remodel. Sometimes during the course of construction there could be suggestions for slight design changes
that will benefit the customer's needs and adding value to their home or project.
